(1) NO PARTIES/EVENTS/PROFANITY/NOISE/BREACH OF PRIVACY WHATSOEVER. We have a security camera on-site and are able to see if people outside your group come to the listing and if there is excessive noise/profanity from you or your guests that disrupts the neighborhood's peace. Any notification of party/event/profanity/noise/breach of privacy complaint will result in an IMMEDIATE cancellation of your reservation with NO refund.

(2) Please flush toilet paper and NOTHING ELSE. Any incident of a clog during your stay will result in a fee being assessed to have a plumber come and make repairs.

(3) Do not throw any object out of the balcony. The Dos Marinas Building has regulations in place requiring residents to refrain from tossing objects out of the balcony to remove any risk of harming people. Do not use drones from the balcony on any part of the general building. Only rain water may fall while or after it rains. Any incident being documented and notified will result in a fee.

(4) Dos Marinas Building has regulations in place requiring residents to remain quiet from 6:00 PM to 8:00 AM AST. Refrain from putting loud music at these times. Enjoy outdoor local and live music on select random days.

(5) No smoking allowed. Any incident of smoking will result in a cleaning fee being assessed.

(6) Use the door stoppers. Rapid wind currents damage the door frames and the smart lock. If an incident damaging or leaving the smart lock unresponsive happens, it will result in a fee being assessed.

(7) Do not wear swim wear or walk seminude/wet in the Dos Marinas Building. Please understand the listing is located in a residential building and Puerto Rico has strict customs and habits in regards to public nudity. Any incident reported would result in a fee assessed.

(8) Follow all swimming pool rules, including: no pool toys or floaties allowed, no loud music speakers allowed, no loud noise or screaming allowed, no running allowed. POOL MAY ONLY BE USED BY GUESTS REPORTED IN RESERVATION. Additional unreported guests may not use the facilities. Use the facilities at your own risk following the rules of the complex and you legally accept to uphold this listing, the listing employees, the listing owner and the complex free of responsibility of any incident that may result from an accident or incident during the reservation's guest and their additional guest's visit.

(9) Guests must provide ID and identify themselves at the security gate and offer details related to their stay: duration of stay, date of check-out, and number of guests. Our space comfortably fits 4 guests with no extra cost. If the reservation's guest wants to include additional guests to their party after 4 persons, they may do so and would have to accept a fee of $25.00 per person per night of the reservation for the 2 additional guests max. This will cover additional towels, linens, miscellaneous wear, utilities, and service of inflatable mattress.

(10) Guests must notify our team if any other individual or service employee will be visiting the Dos Marinas complex or building or ReFresh suite. Any guest or individual party associated with the guest of the current reservation entering the complex must present themselves at the security gate. If our team has not been notified beforehand of the individual's visit, we will not allow their entry to protect our guest's and complex's security. Any additional visiting guest will result in a fee assessed if they remain on the property AFTER 11:00 PM AST. All guests must be supervised by the guest that made the reservation. Any incident occurring while the reservation's guest is not present will result in a fee assessed.

(11) Pets are not allowed. If you have a service animal or pet, they may stay during your visit. We expect our guest to abide by the following guidelines or a pet fee will be assessed:
1️⃣ You will have the items necessary to care for your pet;
2️⃣ Confirm that your pet will do their business in a designated area like a pad
3️⃣ Your pet will remain resting in a closed space while you are out of the property.

(12) Extra activities must be notified and agreed to with the host. All activities are done at your own risk and only with the items offered. Booking a reservation states you agree. Do not do activities alone. All party members must accompany the guest of the booking during activities. Any item of the host discarded or misplaced will result in a fee assessed.

Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 11:00 PM AST, if a later check-in is needed a fee will be assessed
Check-out by 11:00 AM AST or actions will be taken
Self check-in with smart lock (lockable from the outside by pressing the white Yale button/No insurance will not cover items stolen when door is unlocked/open)
Power station for use during power outages ONLY. Power station must remain on premises during entire visit. Any loss or misplacement of power station may result in a fee.

NO PARTYING OF ANY KIND INSIDE OR ON THE PROPERTY. Please respect the community. Noise level MUST BE MINIMAL after 10:00 PM AST! There is a noise level city ordinance we do not want complaints! Violation of the noise/party rule will result in the police being called, termination of your reservation, and the security deposit retained. We must respect the peace of the community! Thank you.

**Excessive Guests not in reservation: $50 per guest
**Excessive Cleaning - if place is left filthy with trash everywhere: $150
**Replacement of Power Station priced at $350
**Loss of activity items: up to $400
