"Well outline instructions of how to get into the property and his place. He provided recommendations which we used. When we needed to seek medical care, he continued to be very responsive and helped us get to where we needed to go. Everything inside and out was just as beautiful as the photos. That balcony is fantastic! Nice and breezy so we never had to use AC during our 10 day stay and could go to sleep with sounds of waves and coquis. There is some minor noise on weekends from restaurants and the road across from the marina but all was quiet relatively early. From the balcony we spotted sea turtles, manatees and dolphins!! Super close to the marina to do a snorkeling tour; we walked just down the road. We had a car which was really helpful as there is so much to do within a short drive. Laundry facilities were so helpful too."

"The "ReFreshed" one bedroom condo at Fajardo truly lived up to its name. We spent 18 days enjoying the spectacular balcony views, bathing in the sunshine and swimming in an enormous saline pool. The interior appears as pictured. Amenities included smart lights/fans, cooking utensils & condiments, a fully equipped kitchen, air-conditioning (not necessary) and free-parking. We felt safe and secure in the gated community filled with friendly residents and staff. Gianni, our unbelievably proficient and responsive host was never more than a single text away. In all my years in Airbnb's, I have never encountered a host with such an acute grasp of business & with such marketing finesse. All in all, we loved the 19th floor balcony views, where one can easily see manatees, turtles, stingrays, pelicans and a daily area of sea-going vessels. Gianni was very proactive in sharing his knowledge of the area and helping to arrange things. "ReFreshed" Airbnb is highly recommended."

"They were a phenomenal host, very kind and caring. From the moment I booked, they made me feel at ease. Check in was a breeze all because of clear instructions. They did not miss a beat. We flew in on Thanksgiving Day and they researched places that were still open where we could get the things that we needed. They touched base with me throughout our stay to ensure things were going well and even gave a brief history of the building. They had everything we needed, snacks, coffee, tea and other kitchen items. The refrigerator had water and sodas as well. I've never experienced this at other airbnb 's. We will definitely stay there again."
